The youngest client we are able to treat is 3 years old.

Evening and after-school appointments are few and far between. If your schedule is not flexible and you absolutely need one of these time slots, we may not be able to accommodate you at this time. Please send in an inquiry and we will do our best.

If you have BCBS insurance and your insurance ID starts with STA, then most likely your mental health benefits are through United Health Care. This applies to most State of Tennessee insurance plans. You can call the number on the back of your card to verify if you have BCBS or United Health Care insurance.

We will do our best to match your preferences, but some flexibility with payment, day, and time or location of appointment may be necessary to be seen as soon as possible.

We do not accept TennCare insurances.

If we don’t have anyone who accepts your insurance and is open for clients and you are willing to pay out of pocket, indicate YES to this question. Self-pay rates are different for each therapist, but the minimum is $100 per session. Rates for each therapist can be found on their individual pages. If you are not in agreement of paying $100 or more per session, then please indicate NO to the self-pay option.

We have an intern with limited availability, but if you are interested in seeing a student for a reduced rate, please indicate that on your inquiry form.

You can ask for documentation to submit to your insurance company to potentially be reimbursed for your sessions.

If Insurance, what type?

What type of insurance do you have? Which employer is the insurance through? We do not accept TennCare.

Self-Pay option

If we do not have a therapist in-network with your insurance, are you willing to self-pay for services? The fee for each therapist is different, but the minimum is $90 per session. Please only indicate yes if you are agreeable to $75 or more per session if no one takes your insurance. You can ask for documentation to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for services. You can also use your HSA to cover out of pocket expenses.
